PALM BAY, Fla. — Palm Bay Police have reported that 52-year-old Jacob Patrick Carter has been found safe. Mr. Parker went missing from 2957 Garden Terrace North East. He left suicide notes and went missing this afternoon. Mr. Carter did not have a car and suffers from medical related issues.
His girlfriend went to his residence to check on him because she noticed a change in behavior. When she arrived, he was not home and she found a note saying he was sorry, and left other letters addressed to other family members as well as a last will and testament.
