West Melbourne Man Arrested for Sexual Child Molestation
WEST MELBOURNE, Florida — On April 4, 2012, West Melbourne Police arrested 42-year-old Michael J. Wyskowski on charges of Sexual Battery and Lewd or Lascivious Molestation.
The female victim, who was only 10-years-old in 2008 at the time the alleged battery/molestation occurred, was a visitor in Wyskowski’s home.
Police say that when interviewed, Wyskowski remembered the incident and stated that he “groped” the victim, but stated he was “drunk and high” at the time and thought the victim was his wife. Mr. Wyskowski was arrested at 2:45 AM this morning and transported to the Brevard County jail for detenition.
