WEST MELBOURNE, Florida — West Melbourne Police Detectives are investigating an armed robbery that occurred just before 11:00 p.m. last Saturday night at the Hammock Landings Shopping Center located at 215 Palm Bay Road.
Police say that a black male, who was wearing a black-hooded jacket, dark pants, and armed with a handgun, demanded the purses from three female Dollar Tree store employees as they were walking to their vehicles. None of the employees were injured during the robbery.
The suspect, who covered his mouth and nose with a black bandana, is described as having a thin build and approximately 5’8” to 5’10”. It is believed the suspect fled the area on a sport style motorcycle.
“Detectives would like to hear from anybody who was in the area at the time. We do not have a lot of information to go on and are asking for the public’s help,” Lieutenant Richard Cordeau stated in a release. “If you have any information, please contact Crime Line at 1-800-423-TIPS. Tipsters remain anonymous, and may be eligible for a cash reward. The little piece of information you provide could be what helps solves the case.”

What time do Sharpton and Jackson get here to support this "citizen"?
Let's see, he is black, had a hoodie. Oh so he was just minding his own business, not bothering anybody, and is def the precious son on a couple who does no wrong and is being singled out because of his race. We all know this .
